Junk/fun/benefit: Flea market and Southern BBQ at Central Park, Schenectady. Proceeds benefit Girls Inc. of the Capital Region. 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.

Performing arts/music: Hundred Monkey Theory plays at A Perfect Blend, 376 Delaware Ave., Delmar this Saturday evening at 8 p.m.
